60 Years of Nutella and Le Tour de France in Italy

We all like Nutella, don’t we? Well, 60 years ago (more or less) the very first jar of the iconic chocolate-hazelnut spread was sold from a bakery in Alba, Piemonte. Not long after, that chocolate-hazelnut spread started to conquer the world.
So, how do you think they are celebrating? With a gelato and the launch this month of Nutella Ice Cream, a creamy and fluffy hazelnut gelato.
It took just two years to set up the state-of-the-art production line in Spain. Alzira to be exact, following Ferrero's acquisition in 2019 of Ice Cream Factory Comaker, a leading global company with factories also in Italy.
The public presentation took place in Naples on June 15 and 16 in Piazza del Municipio.
Enjoy it first on a social media network near you as the product is only available in Europe for now and from the continent’s main supermarkets.
